World Renew, an agency of the Christian Reformed Church in North America (CRCNA), has a full time opening for a Program ManagerDigital Marketing and Communications within our Constituency Relations (CORE) team. This position will be based in the Grand Rapids, Michigan office and will be responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating, and upgrading digital marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will put his or her digital skills to work drawing more people to the life changing ministry of World Renew, generating leads and acquiring new donors for World Renew's disaster response and poverty alleviation ministry.

    Responsibilities

    1. Devise annual digital brand marketing plans including cross channel digital content strategy; propose and manage digital campaign budgets
    2. Shape the digital constituent experience through the entire donor journey, telling a brand story and driving effectiveness at every step
    3. Plan and execute integrated digital-first campaigns: drive engagement, lead generation, and new donor conversion in Canada and the USA
    4. Create advanced data-driven constituent segments that can be utilized for targeted new donor acquisition
    5. Work collaboratively with extended constituency relations teams (donor and church relations, volunteer programs) to maximize use of data and other teams’ communications channels
    6. Manage marketing agencies and contractors for content creation and marketing project development and evaluation
    7. Design marketing dashboards in order to continually test and evaluate methods and tactics against brand goals of engagement, acquisition, and donor conversion. Oversee digital campaigns, evaluating effectiveness in real time to adapt tactics to further improve results across social media, email, e-commerce, website, etc.
    8. Collaborate with Marketing and Communications team for shared campaign content development
    9. Manage World Renew’s digital platforms for design, content, and functionality including the website(s), online giving platforms, social media pages
    10. Evaluate emerging technologies; provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
    11. Perform other duties as assigned

    Program Associate, Digital Marketing and Communications and contractor such as videographers, photojournalists, writers, and creative agencies

    Qualifications

    4. Demonstrated digital design and marketing experience in cross channel strategy

    7. Disciplined, self-motivated and proactive work style
    8. Proven organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet multiple deadlines
    9. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    10. Experience in optimizing landing pages and A/B experiments preferred
    11. Experience in Luminate Online or similar system preferred
    12. Demonstrated advanced skills in MS Office programs required; knowledge of HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver and Flash an asset

    Additional Information

    1. Bachelor’s degree is required, in a related field to Marketing or Communications is preferred
    2. Demonstrated work experience in digital marketing or communications, supervisory experience is an asset
    3. Experience in web design, SEO, Google Ad Words, or Google Analytics certification is an asset
    4. Knowledge of international disaster response and development is preferred

    Proficient use of the English language is required
